The following may sound conceited. When with people it’s the opposite. Lead by example. In fact it’s fun that converts to flipping co’s for folding stuff.

I’m 43. I have been in the tech industry for over 30 years. From ’95 to ’04 I took a shitty office with a fax machine, photocopier and stapler and app on a VB/Access diskette to a global company building res systems for the likes of Ladbrokes/Hilton. Little seed money and definitely no VC. Then I signed to Virgin Records (google Braund Reynolds) and toured (very unglamourous) the world. Then I renovated multiple properties in SE1 to do something tangible. Example of contacts in the black book; HSBC’s Global Head Opsec to Shazam’s founding engineer.

I have contracted for Sony Entertainment, Autotrader, E&Y, Sodexo, HSBC, Deloitte, Hailo & Microsoft amongst many. More recently GCHQ as we move into blackhats that won’t go white or all the obvious reasons.

I conceive/incubate/correct/rescue/win. Inspire stakeholders, chair boardrooms and mop floors.

Business is universal in every sector. A bit like pop tech will eat itself and a job in mid-level IT will shortly be like working for an insurance company ten years ago.

I really am the magic bullet. Shit at many things but not these things.
