Leading a small generalist team to provide a generalist HR service, both strategically and operationally.

Developing and implementing the Warehouse People strategy in line with the Brand’s direction and objectives
Partnering Directors and Heads of Departments in the implementation and evaluation of business change initiatives
Advising and coaching senior management on required organisational changes e.g. re-structures and performance management Leading the talent management and succession planning processes with Directors and Head of Departments
Working with Finance to ensure Head Office payroll actuals are up to date to review against budgets
Conducting salary benchmarking and working with Directors on pay progression, whilst keeping within payroll budgets
Defining the Brand’s ER approach to maintain the legal requirements
Working in partnership with the Reward Analyst to develop and deliver a competitive reward strategy
Working with the L&D Partner to create and implement the development strategy for the brand
Defining the Brand’s recruitment strategy and managing the recruitment and selection of Head Office management vacancies (£40k plus) Taking the lead on updating and rolling out policies and handbooks for the group, both UK and ROI
Overseeing the design and delivery of HR training to store management teams
Reviewing exit interview data and feeding back to Directors bi-yearly
Contributing to and leading cross brand projects including well-being, recognition, employee engagement, GDPR, D&I
Heavily involved in the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system (Workday)
Managing, coaching and developing the People Advisor and People Assistant
